Originally from Erie, Caitie is the Co-Owner and President, as well as a licensed Title Agent for Select Settlement. She received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder along with a K-5 Teaching Certificate in 2005. Caitie received her Master of Education degree with a specialization in Language and Literacy from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington in 2011.

Moving back to the Erie area in 2011, she also has a Real Estate Salesperson License and Notary Public License. She has been with Select Settlement since 2012. Caitie is a board member of the Fairview Schools Foundation, where she is an alumni and now parent in the Fairview School District. She serves on the Community Outreach Committee for the Greater Erie Board of Realtors.

Outside of work, Caitie enjoys spending time with family, her 2 girls, and friends. She also enjoys taking advantage of all that the Erie area has to offer such as Presque Isle, Waldameer, local festivals, trivia nights, snowboarding, and pickleball where she is a member of the Erie Pickleball Playes Association. 

Originally from Millcreek, Tricia received her education from Gannon University. She is the real estate paralegal and full-time closer at Select Settlement. She joined the Select Settlement team in 2015 and has over 25 years of real estate paralegal experience.

Originally from McKean, Pennsylvania, Jess received a bachelors degree from Edinboro University. Her career in Real Estate began 7 years ago working for a local real estate attorney. Jess is a part time employee who joined the Select Settlement team in 2019. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her kids, working out and cleaning.

Born and raised in Erie, AnnaMarie started her real estate career in 2023 at a local law firm. She started at Select Settlement in October of 2023 as a Real Estate Paralegal. She also has her Notary Public License and is currently in school hoping to obtain a Paralegal degree with a minor of interest in Criminal Justice. AnnaMarie is married with 2 kids and 3 dogs. She spends her free time with family, friends,, and in the near future as a member of The Westlake Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, where her husband is a volunteer firefighter. 

Keely Doyle, a proud Erieite, joined the Select Settlement team as a part-time office Assistant in 2023. She received her bachelor's from Edinboro University in 2009 and her master's degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2013. Prior to Select Settlement, Keely has worked in the Mayoral Office of the City of Erie and more recently, spent the last decade in the nonprofit realm, working for The Erie Coummunity Foundation. Outside of the office, Keely loves to travel, enjoys cooking, and savors sending quality time with her friends and family.
